Larus fuscus fuscus 5cy CKP3, July 12-16 2003, Tampere, Finland (61.33N 24.59E).

CKP3 was ringed in Kanala, Finland (61,54N 24,33E); ringed as pullus on July 01 1999. Hand when ringed: 265 mm. 
Ring records at Tampere landfill:
2001: 3 records from 2001-06-22 until 2991-06-30,
2002: 27 records from 2002-05-03 until 2002-07-25,
2003: 26 records from 2003-05-11 until 2003-08-13.

Ringed as pullus at Kanala, Finland on July 01 1999, now in 5cy. Adult fuscus with small size, slender bill, dark upper-parts which turn brown hued when older and worn, lack of moult in the scapulars, wing-coverts and the primaries and small white tips on the outer primaries, which wear away quickly. Note the brown hue on the old central greater coverts. In all respects a typical adult, which hasn't started the basic moult, as all primaries are still old.
