Larus fuscus fuscus 5cy C0EN, August 08-09 2002 & July 11-17 2003, Tampere, Finland (61.33N 24.59E).

C0EN was ringed in Pälkäne, Finland (61,35N 24,15E); ringed as pullus on July 03 1999 by Risto Juvaste. Hand when ringed: 290 mm.

2001: 2 records from 2001-05-24 & 2001-05-25,
2002: 39 records from 2002-04-26 until 2002-08-13,
2003: 16 records from 2003-05-11 until 2003-07-27.

Ringed as pullus at Palkan, Finland on July 03 1999, now in 5cy. Adult fuscus with small size (although probably a male), slender bill, dark upper-parts which turn brown hued when older and worn, lack of moult in the scapulars, wing-coverts and the primaries and small white tips on the outer primaries, which wear away quickly. July 2003, all 10 primaries are still present.
