Tail feathers are a mix of white feathers (possibly with limited black markings) and feathers with an obvious broad band. Secondaries not visible. At least P4-P10 relatively fresh, inner primaries not scored.
Preening bird in which the exact moult of the wing coverts is hard to determine. A moult division looks to be apparent in the central primaries.
