2cy Baltic Gull Larus fuscus red "C27H" in active moult by September. Moult in the primaries almost completed, with P8-P9 growing and P10 still juvenile. Also active moult in tail feathers, with currently growing feathers obvious more mature in pattern, most white. Some secondaries were left out of the moult on the wintering grounds, now recently replaced and with obvious more white on the tips than adjacent feathers.
